Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consulting services and any digital materials provided by Growth Engine Ltd..

1. Billing & Deposits

  • Invoices are issued in EUR (exclusive of VAT where applicable).
  • Payments accepted by bank transfer or card.
  • Projects may require an upfront deposit (typically 30–50%).

2. Fixed-Scope Engagements (Advisory Sprints / Projects)

  • Before kickoff: full refund of any deposit.
  • After kickoff: prorated refund for the undelivered portion of scope; completed work is non-refundable.
  • If Growth Engine Ltd. cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund for any undelivered work.

3. Monthly Retainers (Operator)

  • Billed in advance per month.
  • You may cancel anytime; cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • Work already performed or the month in progress is non-refundable.

4. Workshops / Calls

  • Reschedule or cancel >24h in advance: full refund or free reschedule.
  • <24h notice or no-show: fee may apply or the session is deemed delivered.

5. Digital Materials & Templates

  • Non-refundable once delivered unless defective. If defective, we will replace or refund.

6. Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your invoice number, scope, and reason for the request.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or business practice. Any updates will be posted here with the revision date above.
